A healthy cake? Well, not exactly... but this "crazy cake" recipe has no eggs or butter or milk and you may adjust the sugar level accordingly. Depending on where you read, this recipe has its origins in the Great Depression or World War II rationing, when items such as eggs, butter and milk were expensive commodities.
