On January 27th, 2016 The Accreditation Advisory Committee met to discuss the results of our Community Health Assessment and determine areas of focus that will guide our work for the next five years. The focus areas serve as the foundation of our community health improvement process where we will develop and implement strategies for action and establish accountability to ensure measurable health improvement, which will be outlined in the form of a Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP).
